The sitting area has a 2 seater sofa & chair, Satellite TV, Video, CD Hi-Fi, Central heating throughout.
Garden: secluded and private patio garden with south west facing summer house, a wonderful retreat after a hard day on the beach!
Also: BBQ (charcoal at cost), garden furniture, summer house.
Shared use of additional facilities; to get to these you will cross a shared driveway!
Supply of water, electricity and oil central heating are included as well as towels, duvets and linen. Beds are made up prior to your arrival.
Parking is available next to the cottage.

Welcome pack* on arrival: tea bags, coffee, sugar, a breakfast cereal, milk, croissants & orange juice. (*full weeks only – unless requested)
Also supplied are washing up liquid, J-cloths, tea towels, bath & hand towels. The washing machine is in “Sagans Store”.
Both our properties are non smoking.
