Sleeps 8 can be arranged as:
- Upstairs: 1 x en-suite twin or super king. 1 x double, 1 x small twin – sharing a family bathroom
- Downstairs: 1 x en-suite twin or super king
The Stables is a converted stable block, built in 1888 and still has some of the original wood features. An extension to the original building gives a south facing sitting room with wood panelled walls, overlooking your own private garden.
Accommodation comprises of:
Ground Floor: Spacious well equipped kitchen. Diner with seating for 8. Sitting room (seating for 6/7 + 2 bean bags), with French doors leading to private patio & south facing garden. 2nd sitting room/snug (childrens room) with TV/DVD, Wi & board games. Twin or super king bedroom with & en-suite shower room & w.c. & Separate under stairs w.c.
First Floor: Master bedroom with twin or super king bed with en-suite shower & w.c. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Family bathroom (with over bath shower). Laundry room with; washing, drying, and ironing facilities.
Garden: Enclosed secluded/private sunny patio & large garden with fruit trees, ideal for those days that you want to spend at home catching the sun in private and where children can play on the lawn. It is also fully fenced and secure for bringing your dog.
The garden is up 7 shallow steps, (also gated access into garden (no steps involved!) via the private parking area). Garden furniture, sun loungers, BBQ (-charcoal at cost).
Also: satellite TV/dvd in all bedrooms, electrics. & oil central heating included, towels, duvets with linen & beds made up prior to your arrival, TV & dvd, CD hi-fi with i-pod player, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee percolator, radio alarms, stair gate. Use of the owners Hot tub see Shared Facilities. Why not try star gazing in the hot tub with a bottle of fizz? We have a high chair but no cots.
Parking: is next to the front door.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, but we ask that they are kept off beds and furniture –your best friend normally likes his/her own bed! Your dog will love the endless beach, cliff top and heathland walks. These are just a few ideas! Walks are available straight from your cottage, with very little roadwork.
Walking: The heaths contain a network of paths, nature trails and fantastic views of the surrounding area.
Not what you imagine of Norfolk - hills and cliffs - but that is exactly what Weybourne has to offer. Norfolk's "mountains" make Weybourne a popular walking spot.
